Are you ready to create your dream home? ADL Builders North East Limited have the team and experience to run new build construction projects. Starting from planning and design with our team of architects, we’ll cover the entire build of your new property from foundations and brick work right through to the interior.
Extensions
We have the full range of services and expertise to manage extensions and renovations from start to finish, or can provide our services on request at any stage of a project. We can assist from architectural design and structural engineering services right through supply and completion of a project.
Orangeries
We’ve been building high quality, affordable conservatories and orangeries across the North East for more than 10 years. Porches

For many years, ADL Builders NE Ltd have been designing and installing porches in the North East. We have a network of suppliers and our own dedicated installation team so that we can deliver a solution that suits you and your budget.
Re-pointing
Re-pointing is the process for renewing the sections of mortar joints between all types of brickwork. Over time, pointing will wear, allowing for unwanted rain water to enter, potentially causing problems.
